Getting Started

1. Connect Discord. 2. Approve Discord OAuth. 3. Click Sync Discord Servers. 4. Select server and deploy. 5. Configure Bot Setup. 6. Use Post To Discord Now or schedule posts.

Discord Connection

If you do not see servers: confirm Discord is linked, verify email, then click Sync Discord Servers. If still empty, ask admin to run SYNC_GUILD and confirm your Discord role access.

Alerts

Use the Alerts tab to review pings. Use Staff Poke buttons in Personnel to send direct notifications.

Meeting Ops

Create meeting-type events. They appear in Meeting Ops and Calendar automatically.

Ops Runbook (Bot Posting Failure)

1) Confirm server context. 2) Run FORCE SYNC in Bot Control. 3) Verify bot heartbeat is fresh in Bot Setup pre-flight. 4) Confirm channel and role IDs and channel permissions. 5) Trigger Post To Discord Now and check command queue states.

Account Link Runbook

If account was created with email/google first: use Connect Discord in the initializer panel. After returning, click Sync Discord Servers. The dashboard reads your Discord user id and role access automatically.

Tracked UI Bug

Growth panel lower-right overlap (joins/leaves labels) is tracked for a dedicated layout pass. Data remains available in Growth Details and extra charts.
